The porcelain provides a warm glow, or you can remove the lid for brighter room light. Fits a standard light bulb, though smaller bulbs often work as well.

Angular white porcelain jar that angles out at the base, and then gently back in towards the top, with a small shoulder to match the bass, and an upright rim holding the lid. There's a white lamp cord coming from the back with a small white switch. Hand-lettering says light! in a playful slab serif inlaid with blue. There's also a light splatter of blue across the front. The lid has a thick rim, and slightly inset top, with a locating flange underneath. With the light on, the jar glows warmly from the inside. With the lid off, light pours from the top of the jar.
