Vase light jar

Sold

The porcelain provides a warm glow, or you can remove the lid for brighter room light. Fits a standard light bulb, though smaller bulbs often work as well.

An urn-like jar with a power cable glowing amber from inside. The shape is angular - out from a narrow foot to a wide shoulder, and then back in to an upright rim with a slab lid over the top. The side says light in a hand-carved upright slab cursive with connected letters, and there are splashes of blue.
With the light off, the jar is opaque white with splashes of blue.
The lid is removed, and has a tall locating flange. The jar is on it's side, showing a hollow foot ring at the base, where the power cable emerges from the bulb socket mount, and passes through a notch in the back of the foot.
With the light on and the lid off, more light pours out the top of the jar. Only the base seems opaque.

Made by hand in Denver, CO with Frost from Laguna Clay Company. Food, microwave, and dishwasher safe.
